SAN Group receives “Climate Active Mobile Award”

Climate protection minister Leonore Gewessler recognizes SAN Group as an exemplary climate active partner for converting the vehicle fleet to e-cars.

40 institutions, organizations, communities, and companies received the “Climate Active Mobile Award”. It was presented by Leonore Gewessler, Austrian Climate Protection Minister. This award recognizes the endeavors of SAN Group to set up a e-powered company fleet in Austria and with it it’s contribution to reduce CO2-emissions.

Climate Active Mobil is an initiative of the Federal Ministery of Climate Protection in the transport sector. The focus is on promoting environmentally friendly and health-promoting mobility. For example, climate-friendly mobility management, alternative drives (e.g., electromobility), renewable energy in the transport sector, cycling and walking, and innovative public transport options are being promoted.
